My name is Joginder "Paul". Cooking is my passion and I love cooking Indo-Chinese cuisine. I started cooking when I was 15 years old when I was home alone and hungry. I made my first homemade sandwich with whole-wheat bread, cucumber, tomatoes, green onions, mayonnaise, black olives, pepper jack cheese and some mustard sauce. Cooking became part of my life and I opened a restaurant "Kohinoor" in Tempe Arizona. I closed my restaurant as I am retired and am enjoying a great life with my beautiful wife and wonderful children. I still have the secret reciepes with me to many Indian dishes that I used to cook in my restaurant. I like inviting friends and family to my home and serve them with a 3 couse meal. I cook Indian appetizers: Samosa, Papri Chaat, Dahi Bhalle, Pani Puri, Sev Puri and many more. I cook vegetarian and no-vegetaria curries with butter and garlic naans in a classic clay pit - "Tandoor" which I made with my own hands in my backyard. Aromas from my home self invite several of my neighbors who come and enjoy talking to me about life while I serve them with my home made dishes and fresh flavored Yogurt Milk "Mango Lassi".
